On our Bridge Worship & Production Team, we recruit to a process— not a platform.  Enter DVLP.  Pulled from the word “develop,” this is the undercurrent of our worship & production ministry.  Our onboarding process exists to come alongside the worship & production ministry of the Bridge to find gifted and anointed worship leaders and raise them up to lead our congregation in excellent and Spirit-filled worship.

Yes, we want talented people. We want skilled people. We want trained people. But above all, we want people who desire more than anything to be with Jesus and become like Him for the sake of the world.
