How to use it

Once you’ve downloaded the app, login and then check out the training videos below.

Now What?

We’ll be sending out all scheduling requests that will show up in the Planning Center app (you can check your email as well for the invitations!). In Planning Center, you can find the original song in the key we are singing it in, a ‘rehearsal track’ where you can hear the click & cues that you will hear during services, as well as vocal harmonies, piano, backtracks, guitars, etc for the team to rehearse with.

Planning Center is central for everything you do, so if you have any questions about it, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Blockout Dates

“Blockout Dates” helps your leaders know when you’re unavailable to be scheduled in the Planning Center Calendar. This is extremely helpful as we do our best the honor the commitments, health & rest of our 100+ volunteers… please help us help you :)!
